1. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.

2. Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to every order and is shown before you pay. For bulk and wholesale orders, please contact us for rates.

3. No general returns or exchanges

Because our products are food items, general returns and exchanges are not accepted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Damaged, wrong or missing products

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 88905 57605 with your order number, photographs or video, the original packaging and shipping label. We will verify the claim and provide the applicable replacement or refund resolution.

5. Natural variation and quality

Natural variation in colour, size, shape and texture can occur in nuts and dry fruits. If you have a food-safety or quality concern, stop consuming the product and contact us promptly with the batch and order details.

6. Cancellation and undelivered orders

Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch. Orders that cannot be delivered or are returned to sender may require confirmation of updated delivery details and applicable shipping charges before re-dispatch.
