Privacy Policy
Effective: 1 April 2026 · Last updated: 7 October 2026
Prime Nuts Enterprises (“Prime Nuts-Natural”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, order details, support messages and information you choose to provide through WhatsApp, phone or email. We may also receive technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages visited and cookie or analytics identifiers.
2. How we use information
- To process, confirm, pack and deliver orders.
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To improve website performance, products and service.
- To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and safety obligations.
3. Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not intend to store complete card, UPI or banking credentials. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies and security controls.
4. Sharing information
We may share only the information reasonably required with payment processors (currently Razorpay), courier and delivery partners, technology and hosting providers, analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), customer-support channels, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, the relevant provider may process your communication metadata and content under its own terms. Please avoid sending payment secrets, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the site working (for example, to remember what is in your cart). We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as which pages are visited, and Microsoft Clarity to review aggregate behaviour such as scroll depth and clicks. These third-party services set their own cookies and identifiers and act as processors on our behalf. You can manage or block cookies through your browser; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where consent is required, we ask for it before non-essential analytics run.
7. Marketing choices
You may ask us to stop promotional messages at any time. Service messages relating to an order, payment, delivery or support request may still be sent where necessary.
8. Food and allergy information
Product information is provided for general guidance. Customers are responsible for checking labels and considering allergies or dietary requirements before consumption. Contact us if you need clarification.
9. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate business records.
10. Your requests
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent for certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment or dispute purposes.
11. Third-party websites
Our website may link to payment, marketplace, social-media, courier or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not this policy.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the current version.
13. Grievance and privacy requests
For privacy questions, corrections or requests, contact us at primenuts.official@gmail.com or +91 88905 57605. Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the request.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is intended to be read with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts and jurisdiction applicable to the business, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
